Our client is an established tour operator specialising in tailor-made holidays to Africa and the Indian Ocean. They work primarily with travel agents and are respected for their destination knowledge, experience and expertise in crafting bespoke itineraries.
  
They are now seeking an Africa Travel Specialist – B2B to join their reservations team, delivering a high standard of service to travel agent partners while helping to grow sales and strengthen supplier relationships.
  
  
▌ The Role
  
In this role, you will design and deliver bespoke Africa and Indian Ocean holidays as part of the reservations team, supporting both travel agent partners and direct clients.
  
– Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agency partners
– Design and create tailor-made holiday itineraries
– Bring a creative, innovative approach to holiday planning
– Follow up enquiries and leads proactively to convert them into bookings
– Identify and generate new business and sales opportunities
– Take part in product training and development sessions
– Attend familiarisation trips to gain first-hand destination knowledge
– Work with the operations team to keep client documentation accurate and precise
– Maintain positive, professional relationships with supplier partners
– Support other members of the wider travel group as needed
