HR Business Transformation Manager job in Wimbledon within the travel industry, offering an excellent salary plus benefits. Our client is a well-established name in the travel industry, known for the quality of the holidays they design and the standard of service they deliver.
They are now seeking a HR Business Transformation Manager to make sure the organisation is structured, skilled and ready for change — owning the change plan, shaping the organisation design, leading training and culture, and supporting leaders to take their teams with them.
▌ The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of the people side of a major transformation, ensuring the business has the structure, skills and behaviours it needs.
– Define the target operating model and organisation structure with the leadership team, identifying which roles and capabilities change
– Own the change plan and readiness assessment cycle, targeting effort where it will make the biggest difference
– Design and deliver the training programme with the Head of Training, from materials and e-learning to go-live and sign-off
– Partner with the Head of HR to define and embed the behaviours the new transformation requires
▌ Experience Required
– Led the HR/people side of a business transformation
– Organisation design experience — defining target operating models and identifying role and capability gaps
– Designed and delivered large-scale training, including go-live support and competency assessment
– Experience influencing and supporting senior leaders to lead change in their own teams
– Built and run a change champions or change agent network
– Change management methodology (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar)
– Experience of consultation and employment law implications of restructures
