▌ Our Customer
Our client offers a highly personalised, discreet luxury travel and lifestyle service, combining bespoke trip planning with wider client support for a select portfolio of UHNW clients. Known for their attention to detail and ability to turn ambitious briefs into seamless experiences, they deliver a service built on trust, discretion and genuine expertise.
They are now seeking a Travel Advisor to join their travel team, working closely with the Director of Travel to plan, pitch and deliver bespoke itineraries — with the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and grow your own client book over time.
▌ The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in the travel team, working on the creation, planning, pitching and execution of bespoke trips for UHNW clients.
– Collate information and work with suppliers on bespoke, client-facing itineraries
– Write and produce polished pitch documents for prospective and existing clients
– Plan and manage detail-orientated itineraries from initial brief through to execution
– Build personal and team destination knowledge to support proactive client recommendations
– Manage company and team administration as required
– Take fiscal responsibility for your own client trips, feeding into team performance
– Assist the wider team with client requests where needed
– Develop and grow your own client relationships over time
▌ Experience Required
– Minimum of 2–5 years’ HNW/UHNW travel experience
– Own client book desirable but not required
– Strong organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Suite experience an advantage
– Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
– Experience working with UHNW clients preferred
– Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
