Louise Fox

With almost 20 years specialising in travel recruitment — alongside more than 25 years working within the wider travel industry itself — she has built an outstanding reputation for relationship-led recruitment, candidate care, and long-term client partnerships.

Louise began her career on the commercial side of the travel industry, holding sales, account management and business development roles with respected brands including Cosmos Holidays, SuperClubs, Octopus Travel and Unijet. This firsthand commercial experience gives her a genuine understanding of how travel businesses operate, what makes teams successful, and the types of personalities that truly thrive within the sector.

She later went on to build a highly successful recruitment career with C&M Travel Recruitment and Rockpool Recruitment, where she became recognised for her honest approach, strong industry network, and ability to identify exceptional talent across a broad range of leisure travel disciplines.

Working for Ambitions Travel Recruitment, allows Louise to focus on the leisure travel recruitment and the sectors she is most passionate about — touring, tour operators, tailormade, adventure travel, expedition, experiential travel, sustainable, challenge and education travel.

These sectors demand far more than simply matching a CV to a job description. The strongest candidates are often driven by passion, purpose, curiosity and resilience as much as commercial ability, and Louise has an instinctive ability to identify and engage the people who genuinely fit these environments and cultures.

Her approach is built on long-term relationships, trust, industry knowledge, and a genuine love of the leisure travel industry.

If you are hiring within tour operations, touring, adventure travel, expedition travel, education travel, tailormade, experiential or sustainable travel, Louise brings the network, understanding and recruitment expertise needed to identify exceptional talent.

Outside of work, Louise is kept busy by family life with her husband Paul, sons Max and George, and Cockerpoo Hector. She is often found on the sidelines supporting her sons at football and rugby matches, enjoys travelling, and loves spending time at the family's home in Spain.
