Genna brings over 17 years of experience in the travel industry to her role as Operations Executive at Ambitions Travel Recruitment. She provides essential operational support across the full recruitment process, from candidate data management and interview coordination to job advertisement production and CV formatting, ensuring the Ambitions Travel Recruitment team operates efficiently and every candidate and client interaction is handled with care.

Genna's career in leisure travel began at Coullie Travel before she joined Pentravel, where she spent over nine years progressing from branch invoicing through to Regional Accounts Manager and ultimately National Branch Accounts Manager, overseeing the accounting function across all Pentravel branches and managing a team of six.

In 2019 she moved into travel recruitment operations at Progressive Travel Recruitment, where she applied her industry knowledge directly to recruitment support, producing job adverts, managing candidate databases, and maintaining client and candidate records. That experience translates directly into her work at Ambitions Travel Recruitment, where her understanding of how leisure travel businesses operate makes her an instinctively effective member of the operations team.

Outside of work, Genna is a wife and mother of three who loves spending time outdoors with her family on camping adventures. She shares her home with two Rottweilers, Husko and Veda.
